Recipe: Beef Roll-ups From: Tedertot@aol.com


8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 pkgs. Budding Sliced Beef
horseradish
toothpicks, for serving

Blend cream cheese with horseradish, to taste. Flatten two slices of chipped beef for each roll. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap in saran wrap and chill. To serve, insert four toothpicks equal distance apart. Slice diagonally into four pieces.
