2 4oz. cans, whole, roasted, peeled green chili peppers 10oz. Shredded, sharp cheddar cheese 3 eggs 3T. milk Butter a 9" pie tin. Rinse and remove the seeds from the green chili peppers. Pat dry, chop and place in bottom of buttered pie tin. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and pack down. Beat together eggs and milk, and pour over top of cheese. Pierce cheese slightly so the egg and milk mixture soaks in. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into small squares. Immediately serve on crackers.
