Recipe: Smorgasboard Cheese Ball From: Tedertot@aol.com


6 lbs. (3lbs.) cream cheese
1-1/4 lbs. (10oz.) blue cheese - crumbled
3 T. (1-1/2T.) garlic salt
1 t. (1/2t.) worchestershire sauce
1-1/2 T. (3/4T.) red hot sauce

Thoroughly mix together. The amount of garlic, worchestershire sauce, and red hot sauce can be varied according to individual taste. Shape into balls or logs and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in aluminum foil and chill.
