Recipe: Banana Nut Muffins From: anonymous


2 cup oat-bran cereal
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup skim milk
2 T. vegetable oil or corn syrup
1 T. baking powder
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 very ripe bananas

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix milk, bananas, egg whites and oil in a bowl or blender, then add to dry ingredients. Grease muffin pan and fill. Bake 14-17 minutes. Serves 12. This is a low cholesterol recipe.
