Pammy's Online Cookbook!


Recipe: Jalapeno Cornbread From: Pammy


2 cups cornmeal
16 oz. sour cream
3 eggs (beaten)
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 lg. can cream style corn
1 sm. can chopped jalapenos
2 cups shreaded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together well. Can be baked in muffin pans or 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees til done. Fresh jalapenos can be used.
