1 German chocolate cake mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip 4 Heath candy bars Mix and bake the cake according to package directions, using 9x13 inch pan. While cake is hot, poke holes with a fork all over the cake. Spread the sweetened condensed milk all over top of cake so it will seep down the holes. Cool completely. Frost with Cool Whip.
