Crust: 2 cups flour 1 cup brown sugar ( firmly packed ) 1/2 cup softened butter Caramel layer: 2/3 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1 cup pecan halves 1 cup Nestle Chocolate Morsels Combine flour, brown sugar and butter until well mixed and particles are fine. Pat firmly into ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle pecans over unbaked crust. To prepare caramel layer, cook butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until entire surface boils. Boil 1 minute. Pour over pecans and crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until entire caramel layer is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
