2 Tbs thick syrup (Roger's or Lyle's Golden Syrup) 1/2 Cup Margerine 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp Ginger 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 cup flour (+ or - tablespoon) Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and dissolve over low heat. Remove from heat, gradually stir in the next 3 ingredients. Take a teaspoonful at a time and roll into a ball, flatten slightly by hand and place on a greased cookie sheet.
