Pammy's Online Cookbook!


Recipe: Peanut Butter Fudge From: Pammy


3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup margarine
3 cups sugar
5 oz. evaporated milk
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine & milk in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, pecans & vanilla. Pour into buttered 9X13 pan. Let cool & cut into squares.
