Pammy's Online Cookbook!


Recipe: Chicken A La King From: Pammy


2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup chicken broth
chopped green peppers (optional)
chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp chicken boullion (1 cube)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook onion & green pepper in butter til tender. Add flour, salt & pepper. Cook til bubbly stirring constantly. Add milk, broth & boullion. Heat to boiling. Stir 1 minute & add chicken.
