1/2 cups uncooked rice 1/4 cup tomato paste l lb. Ground Beef 3/4 cup chopped Onion 1 Tbsp oleo 1/2 lb. chedder cheeze (cubed or shredded) 2 1/2 cups water l tsp chili powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1 beef boullion cube Brown meat and onions in oleo, stirring to break meat apart. Stir in rice, water, bouillon cube, and tomato paste. Add seasonings. Heat to boiling, stir well, cover. Lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes, add cheeze and toss lightly. Serve at once.
