Recipe: Skillet Pork Chops From: Rose Paschal

4 pork chops
2 medium onions sliced
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 medium potatoes, sliced
3/4 cups hot water
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg beaten
2 Tbs milk
1 Cup flour
Trim fat from chops and brown in large skillet. (I use T-fal or non-stick pan, no oils or grease) Dip chops in beaten egg & Milk mixture, roll in flour, brown in skillet sprayed with Bakers Joy or Pam, (You can use about 2 Tbs. of oil) Combine cheeze, salt, pepper and sprinkle 2 Tbs over meat. Next spread potatoes on top and sprinkle 2 Tbs of cheeze. Add onion slices. Disolve bouillon cubes in hot water and pour in slowly. Sprinkle with remaining cheeze. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until done, Gravy will be thin. Serves 4.
